Consultations

Consultation fees are refundable if a provider determines you are not a candidate before any medication is dispensed.

Dispensed Medication

Prescription medication cannot be returned or restocked after shipment and is non-refundable, except for a shipping error or damaged product. Contact support@trysocora.com within seven days of delivery.

Subscriptions

You may pause or cancel through your account or by contacting support before your next fill date. Cancellation applies to future renewals. Dose changes must be made by your prescriber.
